Deep Breathing Drill

Primary target: Serratus Posterior (后锯肌)

Bodyweight (supine is best)
Sets & Reps
3-5 rounds × 5-8 deep breaths
How to do it
Lying with knees bent, one hand on the chest, one on the belly; inhale through the nose so the belly and lower ribs (posterior serratus/intercostals) expand in all directions; exhale over 6-8 seconds; feel the side ribs widen.
Common mistakes
Shallow chest-only breathing, shrugging as you inhale, exhaling too fast
