- Bodyweight (soft pad/closed eyes to progress)
- Sets & Reps
- 3-4 holds × 30-60 s per side
- How to do it
- Stand on one leg; keep the arch lifted and the toes gripping; the small ankle stabilizers micro-adjust continuously; the pelvis stays level; progress by closing the eyes or standing on an unstable surface.
- Common mistakes
- Pelvis sinking, ankle locked rigid, heavy landings
